At Poppy's Patina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our fulfillment center, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
